About hER
Like many of the people she serves, Angela is an immigrant. She came to the United States when she was 5 years old and went through the process of obtaining her LPR status and then becoming a Citizen.
She is a college graduate from the University of North Texas with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, but always found the immigration system interesting, so she started working as a Legal Assistant in Armstrong Legal in 2019 to learn more about immigration and the different processes.
She coordinates many processes and is the operational linchpin of our firm.
Angela has been our lead Paralegal since 2020. Among other things, she helps us communicate with USCIS offices, immigration court, other attorneys/paralegals, submits requests to DHS, helps clients fill out applications, sets deadlines, and manages reminders for USCIS and immigration court. Her extreme attention to detail makes her an invaluable member of our team.
It has been a great experience so far and I feel like I am making a difference in people’s lives as we are helping them to the best of our abilities, seek a better opportunity in this country, and remain with their families.
